Trio & Quartet Sessions

A Trio (3 person) or Quartet (4 person) session combines the Tower system, mat and small portable equipment utilising the springs and resistance for a dynamic and challenging Pilates workout at all levels, providing an energising class to connect the whole body.

Trio/Quartet sessions can be:

  • Sports Specific – i.e. for the Golfer, Cyclist, Rower or Runner.
  • Healthy Back focused – for the management and prevention of low back pain.
  • For the New Beginner – as an introduction to the Pilates method.
  • For the seasoned Pilates Enthusiast – to learn the super advanced exercises.
