Individual Sessions

Private (1 -1) Sessions are personalised to focus on your individual needs, challenges, personal fitness and well-being goals. The bespoke sessions maximise results as you will be able to work specifically on what you and your body need by using all studio apparatus.

During the course of an individual session you may work out on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, or Barrels – all of which are designed to strengthen your core muscles (abdomen, back and buttocks) and enhance stability.

Working with the equipment provides weight bearing resistance which builds muscle & bone strength and stamina complementing all sports and fitness programmes for a more efficient and effective movement.

Private classes are ideal for those new to Pilates or for those who prefer to have the instructor’s undivided attention.
