Lisa Guillemette
Lisa is passionate about sharing the classical Pilates method with others and has chosen Gratz Pilates equipment for its authenticity to Joseph Pilates original design and how his method is translated through the apparatus into the body, helping the attainment of a deeper understanding of Pilates.
Lisa completed a contemporary Pilates education with Body Control Pilates in 2005 and following this with a classical comprehensive training and apprenticeship in London during 2015.
As studio Director and owner, Lisa enjoys encouraging and supporting the development of other Pilates teachers whilst maintaining her own professional development through working with internationally renowned teachers.
Lisa says: “I feel that my extensive training has given me the strongest foundation and practical experience to support every body”
Sinead Wheadon
Sinéad began her movement journey in the 1990s while studying Performing Arts in London. She completed her comprehensive Pilates certification through Exhale London and continues her training under the mentorship of Carrie Russo.
Deeply committed to preserving the integrity of the classical Pilates method, Sinéad teaches with care, precision, and respect for the original work. Her classes offer a calm, supportive environment with hands-on guidance, helping clients build strength, confidence, and a meaningful connection to their bodies.

Paula Teasdale
Paula brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in contemporary Pilates to the studio. She completed her STOTT Advanced Mat training in 2011 and her Balanced Body apparatus training in 2013. Paula firmly believes in the power of movement as a form of healing. To her, strength can be gentle, and alignment isn’t just about posture — it’s about how we move through life.
With a background in both sport and healthcare as a Registered Nurse, Paula supports her clients in working with their bodies, not against them. Her calm, encouraging approach helps people move with greater awareness, confidence, and ease — and ultimately, feel better in their everyday lives.

Katie Lowe
Katie has a deep respect for the original Pilates method and its transformative power. Having trained with Body Control Pilates in 2011 and then completing her classical comprehensive training and apprenticeship in London in 2019 Katie brings extensive experience and knowledge to the studio. Katie has a commitment to creating a supportive, focused studio environment where clients feel challenged, empowered and confident in their practice.
Coming from a sports background Katie strives to help each client move better, feel stronger and develop a lasting connection to their body.
